Schedule: Monday–Friday 2:30-6:30 p.m.

Role Overview

HSC Group is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Day Porter to join our team. This role ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across school, church, and office facilities.

Key Responsibilities

· Clean and restock restrooms

· Maintain gathering spaces, lobbies, sacristy, cafeteria, gym hallways, locker rooms, and choir room

· Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, ledges, and surfaces

· Wash windows, clean water fountains, and remove trash from designated rooms

· Operate floor machines and maintain gym and kitchen areas

· Follow time-sensitive protocols (e.g., avoid church area during services)

· Perform weekly tasks such as dusting and font maintenance

· Ensure all paper products and soap dispensers are stocked daily

· Show up on time, every time, as scheduled

What We’re Looking For

• Proven reliability and a strong sense of integrity
• Keen attention to detail and pride in doing things right
• Comfortable working independently
• Comfortable following a structured cleaning schedule
• Experience in janitorial or facility services preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must complete Virtus training
